Started taking photographs at age 10
Began professional career with Jay W. Baxtressor in 1937
Photographing Buffalo Archecture for exhibit at Albright Art Gallery curated by Russell Hitchcock, Architectural historian
Sept. 1940-Sept.1941 US Army Infantry
From 1941 till 1943 photographer at Bell Aircraft—while at Bell was assigned to Muroc Dry lake (now Edwards Air Base) photographing the secret first Jet aircraft, the XP59.
Sept 1943 – 1946 US Air Corp Domestic and North Africa
Photographic illustrator and cinematographer from 1946 till the present.
An honorary exhibiting member and a past president of the BSA.
Currently working with digital images.
