I have been interested in photography since my childhood. I have always been inspired on trips and have traveled extensively. I have developed and presented numerous slide talk shows from our trips. I volunteer at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery where I have representation; and each year have photographed their collection. I also volunteer at the Burchfield Penny Art Museum and Co-Chair the Collectors Club, which is a rewarding activity for me.

artist's statement

I have always had a passion for photography. In my every day experiences I feel I am constantly looking through the camera lens. The creative process includes setting up still lifes and landscapes which are then photographed. This unique process incorporates other artists' work with my own objects to create a new image. This is then photographed. The art of photo montage is a new fascination of mine. The juxtaposition of a variety of photos with a photo background produces the final image. I am pleased to be pursuing photography at a time when the art of photography is rapidly expanding.
